Shipping & Returns & Exchanges & Discounts

Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 days of processing time on orders using basic shipping. Printed items such as covers and posters require an additional 1-2 days of processing. Orders with upgraded and expedited shipping services get processed the same day if placed by 1:30 p.m. Transit times listed at checkout refer to the transit time once the shipment has left our warehouse. If an order contains a pre-sale or back-ordered item, the shipment of your order will be delayed until all items become available. Some products are drop-shipped directly from merchants. Unless otherwise noted, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing. Expect multiple packages when placing orders that include drop-shipped products.

Returns
Orders are eligible for return within the first 30 days of the purchase date and are 100% free. Once our team has been notified that you’d like to return your order, a shipping label will be issued to you to ship the items back to us. Items must be returned in an unused and unworn state. Contact us at  store@texasmonthly.com to initiate the return of your product and please include your order number in the subject of your email. Framed prints are not eligible for returns as the frames are custom made for each order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are 100% free for items that are of the same or lesser value. For clothing, if you need the same item in a different size, send us an email at store@texasmonthly.com with the size and order number in your email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been processed. Please be aware that some banks and credit cards require 1-2 days for refunds to be reflected in your balance. Sale items (if applicable)
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds at this time.
Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount can be used per order. The Black Friday free shipping offer is valid November 24, 2017 at 12:01 am – December 1, 2017 at 11:59 pm. Discount code is only valid on basic shipping (5-6 business days.)
