Shipping & Returns & Exchanges & Discounts

Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received Monday through Friday. Please allow 2-4 days of processing time on orders using basic shipping. Transit times listed at checkout refer to the transit time once the shipment has left our warehouse. 

Returns
We are all sales final at this time
Contact us at  store@texasmonthly.com to initiate the return of your product and please include your order number in the subject of your email. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are 100% free for items that are of the same or lesser value. For clothing, if you need the same item in a different size, send us an email at store@texasmonthly.com with the size and order number in your email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been processed. Please be aware that some banks and credit cards require 1-2 days for refunds to be reflected in your balance. If you have any questions regarding where your refund is, please email us at store@texasmonthly.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds at this time.
Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount can be used per order.
